ENKR – Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the relationship between ENKR, registered under number 93251854100010, and any consumer (“Customer”) placing an order on the website www.enkr-klub.com (“Website”).

By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these Terms without reservation.

These Terms prevail over any other document.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website, subject to availability.

All product descriptions, photos, illustrations, dimensions and technical information are provided for information purposes only and are non-contractual. The Customer is responsible for checking product details before ordering.

ENKR reserves the right to modify or remove products at any time. In case of product unavailability after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed by email and the order will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT).

Shipping costs are not included and are displayed before order confirmation.

ENKR reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products are billed based on the prices in force at the time the order is placed.

Products remain the property of ENKR until full payment has been received.

4. Promotional Codes & Gift Cards

Promotional codes apply only to full-price products and cannot be combined with other offers or gift cards unless otherwise stated. They may only be used once per customer.

Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Customer Account

Customers may create a personal account. Login details are confidential and the Customer is responsible for their use.

ENKR reserves the right to suspend or close any account in case of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity or unpaid orders.

6. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must:

  • Select products

  • Enter personal details

  • Accept these Terms

  • Complete payment

An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is received. The order is only final once the shipping confirmation email has been sent.

7. Payment

Payment is made immediately by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Stripe, a secure payment platform.

Invoices are available in the Customer’s account after shipment.

8. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Orders placed before 12:00 (French time) are usually shipped the same day.

Tracking information is sent by email.

ENKR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customer unavailability.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

No exchanges are offered.

Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging with tag attached

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used, washed or damaged items

  • Personalized products

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (including socks once opened)

  • Gift cards

Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

10. Legal Warranty

Products benefit from:

  • The legal warranty of conformity

  • The warranty against hidden defects

If a product is defective or non-conforming, the Customer may request repair, replacement or refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

ENKR shall not be liable for indirect damages including loss of profit, data, business or reputation.

ENKR’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

12. Force Majeure

ENKR shall not be held responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, etc.).

13. Personal Data

Customer data is used only to process orders and manage customer relationships.

Customers may request access, modification or deletion by emailing hello@enkr-klub.com.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (images, texts, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of ENKR and may not be used without written permission.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Customers may also use consumer mediation services.
