RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN POLICY

Withdrawal Period and How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

ENKR does not offer exchanges.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, Customers have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of their Order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, Customers must notify ENKR of their decision in writing, either by email at hello@enkr-klub.com or through the contact form available on the Website, before the withdrawal period expires.

Upon receiving the request, our Customer Service team will provide the return address and the necessary instructions.

Product Return Conditions

To preserve the quality and integrity of ENKR products, all Items must be handled with care and returned in a condition suitable for resale.

For ENKR socks, we kindly ask Customers to pay particular attention to the following conditions:

  • Socks must be new, unworn, unwashed, clean and undamaged.

  • The original plastic fastener connecting the two socks must remain intact.

  • The outer packaging (Doypack pouch) may be opened to inspect the product but must be kept in its original condition, without any tears, cuts or damage. There is no need to tear off the top of the Doypack pouch to open it.

  • All original labels and accessories must be retained.

Any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning may result in a reduction of the refund amount, in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

These recommendations do not affect the Customer’s statutory right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to products made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or to products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, provided that the applicable legal conditions are met.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are subject to their specific terms and conditions of sale, without prejudice to the Customer’s statutory rights.

How to Return an Order

In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, Customers must send back the relevant Items within fourteen (14) days of notifying ENKR of their decision to withdraw.

ENKR does not provide prepaid return labels.

To return an Order:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at hello@enkr-klub.com, indicating your order number and the Items you wish to return.

  2. ENKR will provide the return address in France and the necessary instructions.

  3. Carefully package the Items to ensure they are adequately protected during transit.

  4. Arrange the return shipment independently, for example through your local postal service, and pay the shipping costs directly to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when exercising their right of withdrawal. ENKR will not provide a prepaid return label or shipping voucher.
