WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS POLICY
Right of withdrawal – timeframe and conditions
ENKR does not offer exchanges.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Order to exercise their right of withdrawal from ENKR, without having to justify their decision. After this fourteen (14) day period, the sale is final.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision in writing (by email or via the contact form available on the Website).
The Product must be returned in its original condition and complete (uncut packaging and plastic seal intact), with no signs of use.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for any Product that is made to order, personalised, used, worn, washed, damaged, unsealed, altered, or which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear).
Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Return process under the right of withdrawal
The Customer must return the Order within fourteen (14) days of notifying their decision to withdraw, in accordance with Article L.221-21 of the French Consumer Code.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service at hello@enkr-klub.com, who will provide you with a return label.
Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense and will be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping costs will only be refunded by ENKR if the delivered Product is different from the one ordered or if the Product is damaged (photos will be required to support the claim).
The Product must be returned to ENKR in its original packaging and condition, new, with its tag and all accessories.
Any Product that is not suitable for resale (damaged, worn, used, washed or soiled by the Customer) will be refused and ENKR will be released from any liability.
If a Product is returned without its packaging, the refund will not be accepted.
Refund terms
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
The Customer will be refunded the price of the returned Product(s) minus the return shipping costs based on the shipping zone.
If the Customer paid shipping fees when ordering, these will not be refunded.
ENKR will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original Order. If this payment method has expired, the Customer must contact customer service to update the refund method. ENKR cannot be held responsible for any delay in the refund in such cases.
Products purchased using an e-gift card, gift card or store credit will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Furthermore, in the event of objective suspicion or proven fraud, the Customer will not be eligible for a refund of the Order or shipping costs. Fraudulent behaviour includes, but is not limited to, any bad-faith, abusive or excessive behaviour relating to delivery or returns (for example, claiming not to have received all or part of an Order despite clear evidence to the contrary, wearing or damaging Products before returning them, or returning Products different from those originally ordered).
